Flood at Faria Lima and Rebouças

I *don't* like people who throw garbage on the streets. I like to think that my house won't be flooded (it's in one of the highest spots in São Paulo) and that maybe the thrower's house will. I used to think that way about the place I work. I'd never seen it flooded until today. Well, not actually the office, but the corner right in front of the building, one of the most crowded in São Paulo. It's sort of a surreal sight.
