It's taken me a while to get used to the grey skies/rain here in Portland, but I'm finally starting to embrace it. Without the rain, Oregon wouldn't have the magical moss-covered forests and lush green landscapes that I love so much...
I'm honored to call the Pacific Northwest my home for this moment in time - rain or shine :)

I live even further north of you here in the beautiful PNW (5 miles short of the Canadian border) and I can tell you that even though I've lived here my whole life, you never get used to the days of rain that seem to last forever. However, as I've travelled the world....I've never found a place more serene and beautiful on a sunshiny day. Take heart & well wishes for the adjustment....without sounding too much like Annie..."The sunn'l come out, tomorrow!" ;)
