god dammit, flickr, you mute my tones sooo bad.

i loves me my kitchen window, especially with the blinds down, especially when trying some faux-hdr.

the internet really screws with the color.

so, i've found that my e-buddy kyle wong and i are pretty similar in our photographic endeavors. i don't speak only of subject choice or processing methods or even preferred cameras (toys!), but we even share similar ambitions - art shows and coffee table books. the difference is that he is actively working toward his goals, having taken part in a couple art shows and beginning assemblage of his book. jealousss. anyway, anyone looking at this should really look him up, either here on flickr or on his super entertaining blog, and give him some much needed props. seeing him work towards his goals is inspiring, and i'm gonna get off my ass and really get my shit together.
