Here's the line-up I have right now. This is about 1 month's worth of sake.

Kiku-masamune Taru sake. Taru sakes are always really good. Aged in cedar casks, they acquire a nice flavor.

Shirayuki sake from Australia. It's some harsh stuff, but I like it.

Kikusakari Asamurasaki. An interesting sake made from red rice. Definitely worth a try, though at $40 it's a bit much.

The infamous Meibo "Midnight Moon" sake. I tried it again, and it was still nasty. Must be a bad batch up here or something.

Kaguyahime. This one was money. Maybe one of the best sakes we've tried.

Fu-ki sake. Some real ghetto sake right there.

Kariho Namahage sake. This one was pretty good. Brett liked it a lot.
