Rest Stop - Utah

Taken before sunrise at a rest stop west of Salt Lake City, UT. It was bitter cold and there was snow and ice everywhere. I guess that foot washing in the summer is a good idea, but it seemed totally ludicrous in January. 1995. En route to the Bay Area from Milwaukee, WI.
