Three Sisters

Three Sisters

Both within the family and without, our sisters hold up our mirrors: our images of who we are and of who we can dare to be.

Wide Awake On Face Down Tuesday

Wide Awake On Face Down Tuesday

I'm having trouble trying to sleep
I'm counting sheep but running out
As time ticks by
still I try
No rest for crosstops in my mind
On my own... here we go

My eyes feel like they're gonna bleed
Dried up and bulging out my skull
My mouth is dry
My face is numb
Fu**ed up and spun out in my room
On my own... here we go

My mind is set on overdrive
The clock is laughing in my face
A crooked spine
My senses dulled
Passed the point of delirium
On my own... here we go

My eyes feel like they're gonna bleed
Dried up and bulging out my skull
My mouth is dry
My face is numb
Fu**ed up and spun out in my room
On my own... here we go

The First RV

The First RV

The first sheepherders wagon was built by James Candlish of Rawlins, Wyoming in 1884. He designed and built the original sheepherders wagon from an old wagon behind his shop. This wagon was open in front, with the interior canvas flap to block the wind, and was quickly adopted by sheepmen all over the west.”

Stranger #44/Phil

Stranger #44/Phil

Phil is the last of my strangers from the AWR-147 class. Last, but not least of course. Phil also works for Burlington Northern Railroad and was a wealth of information. He hails from Greybull, Wyoming and its possible I might actually already have a photo of Phil in my Thermopolis Derailment set because he responded to it.
