Beets are my favorite vegetable of all time. I'm convince that beets are the reason we Poles aren't all dead what with all the pierogi and sausage we eat. Ahhhh antioxidants. Nice Shot!

My other thought for a title was "Beet it" but I resisted, because I have standards.

Tanukiko - You are one of the few. I know many people who have a massive aversion to beets. They've obviously never had borscht, or the beets and beef Kashmiri dish that my mom makes. But as for keeping the Poles alive, are you sure it's beets and not the "life-extending magic" of a nearby accordion? ;-)
