Cyclists and City Hall

Cyclists and City Hall by oregonianphoto.

When Portland Mayor Tom Potter's budget left out $100,000 for a bicycle master plan, Maus helped launch an e-mail blitz. On Monday, Potter found some extra cash, and the plan got its money.
