Results

The result of the shoot today. This replicates (or at least as closely as I could do it) a photo of her mother taken some thirty years ago. It took three sittings, fifty or sixty shots, and a few adjustments to the blinds to get the light just right.

This photography stuff is a lot more fun than my IT gig. I really should find a way to get paid for this.

That is a good replication, and their resemblance is very close.

Now colorize it with primary pastels like they do for those Soviet-era photos. (I can't find an example of what I mean here.)
