Displaced in Iraq |
An estimated 4 million people have been
uprooted by the Iraq conflict. Nearly 2
million Iraqis have fled to Jordan,
Syria, Lebanon, Egypt and Turkey; more
than 2 million others are displaced
within their country’s borders. As a
consequence of the ongoing violence,
approximately 40,000 Iraqis are fleeing
their homes every month.
