Waiting to see the doctor to officialise the fact that I can't go back to work next week. He listened to my chest and pronounced it "terrible", ordered a blood test and chest x-ray, wrote me a note for all of next week, and prescribed me a different antibiotic that targets bronchitis and pneumonia.
Scavenge Challenge September #25. Post-processing is this month's Education Center topic, and will require a single photo represented in two ways ("before" and "after").
TOP = straight out of the camera
BOTTOM = Camera+ Auto scene filter, 31% HDR fx effect
After composing the shot, I often apply some processing to bring the image up to what I "saw" in my mind. Usually a scene filter to relay the mood lighting, and then often a touch of HDR effect just to bring out more detail, but hopefully subtly enough. 31% HDR is rather high for me, but in this case the carpet needs more contrast to bring out the detail. Other times 5% is enough, eg for sky or more sensitive colours.
Taken with iPhone 4S.
