    Invitation into one of the people groups in the Amazing Images group series.

    I selected your photo for inclusion in my Amazing Image project which consists of linked flickr groups. With this invitation you have the chance to contribute to the early phase of a project which might evolve into one of the most exiting places in flickr. Getting invited by an administrator is the only way to get your image into one of those groups.

    All people on the other hand are welcome as members even if they don´t have photos to contribute. Just click on a banner on top to get to the group page.I personally have just 5 or 10 photos among 8,000 that meet the standard of this group series in quality and popularity.

    This group series aims at inviting some of the most amazing images found on flickr to create amazing quality group pools concentrating on a narrow topic in each group.

    I know that your image is one of the most amazing that can be found on flickr and likely got a lot of attention and invitations already. I hope you don´t mind to accept just one more invitation.

    In contrast to a normal flickr group the administrator selection of all images in the Amazing Image group series makes sure that all the images in the group have almost the same high quality as the photos shown above.

    This pic showed up on lifehacker today and I kept thinking that this totally looked like the State/Chicago Ave "L" stop. I clicked through to the flickr page and yep. It's been at least 6 years or so since I've waited there, but I know that platform so well...
