Sunset last night from Pier 66.

The Leaf at Multnomah Falls last autumn. I tried to bring it home with me when it died a tragic death of crispiness and got crushed by a intimidating camera bag half way home.

Doesn't this look like a decent place to visit? When are my family and friends coming to visit me? :)

Should she be named "Homesick"? :)

Chinniah drove Sudheer and I all the way to Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur on Saturday. We left two hours before sunset and barely made it with enough time to only shoot maybe 5 pictures. It was well worth it though, besides the crowds, really?! At the end, when the sun was down, I was taking some long exposures... when a lady with a giant camera and a flash attached comes over to see what picture I was taking. I showed her and she said that it was really neat so she then put her camera on my shoulder and started firing off flash pictures right there. People are funny. Or crazy?
