Homebrew PC Apevia X-QPack

This is a bit of Paddy's Axe (10 heads, twelve handles....still the same axe) which has been ongoing since 1996.

Built this bolting bits and pieces on an Apevia X-QPack micro ATX case. Asus motherboard, E-5300 chipset, 1/2 terrabyte Disc and 2 gig of RAM. Photoshop was getting slow, runs quite quickly now.

I still have the original 1996 modem out of sentimental reasons.

The case looks good, had a lot of cables and a 400watt power supply. Fits everything in nicely. Even has a temperature readout.

Canon Elph 2 APS

Waiting for some APS film for this. Pretty well the last development of film before the advent of mass digital. I'd say the film availability and processing will wane over time. So I'll give it a try whilst I still can.

I just loved the look of it and was wanting to see how good the APS film was.

Known as the IXUS in Europe.

Olympus µ [mju:]-1 mju

I'm half way through a roll of film with this little beauty.

I was freaking out with the lack of ISO setting on the camera. I now know what those large barcodes on film cannisters are for, the camera detects the bare metal DX code on the cannister.
