Giant Manta Ray

This Manta ray was spotted during a Ray of Hope expedition with Dr Andrea Marshall. It marks a historical moment in Manta ray research and conservation. On one of the dives at Koh Tachai we satelite tagged a Giant manta ray which was the first ever successful tagging in Thailand. Can't wait to see the data once the results are published.
