Window Bottles

Window Bottles by Teri DC.
Found these bottles at "Macaroni Grill" restaurant. They sat in the sun in a high window.

My grandmother collected colored glass bottles and kept them in a window. She died before I was born, but my mother told me about it. She lived back in the late 1800's and for nearly 4 decades in the early 1900's so she must have had quite a collection.

Hi, I'm an admin for a group called DRAWING AND PAINTING STILL LIFE, and we'd love to have this added to the group!

Back in her day many products came in colored glass bottles. I can remember in my own lifetime getting common ordinary products in green, brown, and blue glass bottles.
