Boy, this could be an anti-Soviet propaganda poster! It's like they replaced the word "COMMUNISM" with "SYPHILIS" and changed the color of the little guys from red to blue.

I was actually thinking that red-states could put the word "San Francisco" in place of "Syphilis," remove the blue shirts on the marchers and replace them with muscley-arms, the blue hats with black leather studded-ones, and it'd be perfect!!!
