Spider on Frog on Turtle
After three days of storms and rain, we found these three floating in a pool filter, clinging to each other to survive. All of them were exhausted from the effort and were reluctant to part ways after being rescued.

That simply could not be more adorable or amazing! This is a children's story in the making! I am envious of your encounter with this amazing trio. Thanks for sharing.

Depending on how 'close' they had to huddle to survive we may be seeing some jumping turtles with eight legs and fangs soon. Scaaaaaarryyyyyyy.

I wonder why the frog didn't just jump off the turtles back? Perhaps the frog was concerned for the spider's welfare?
KJ (शिष्य) (57 months ago | reply)
That's awesome. But that is a big ass spider.

Cute. I think it's a toad, however.

I feel sorry for the frog having a spider all over his face. The turtle probably hasn't got a clue whats going on.

This reminds me of the children's story, The Sleeping House. The fact that they piled themselves one atop the other is surreal.
