As a Southern transplant, must interject that
the lima bean ≠ butter bean. Having trouble
finding a good website that discusses this,

stating, "In culinary use, lima beans
and butter beans are distinctly different,
the former being small and green, the latter
large and yellow."
I think it's like saying that tabby and
calico cats are the same.
