But apparently, they were not produced by Vitsoe before the 80s.

Construction and their design allows to be used horizontally or vertically (such as a table or tray)
Their different size allows them to be superposed.
They were produced in white or black

Found in Netherland by chance while looking for something else ...
from a seller who did not know the origin of these tables (and not the real value !)
I love such discoveries.

Tongareva bowl, design by Enzo Mari in 1969 for Danese

On left : 3 Danese 1969 and after bowl
On right : 2 "reissues" Alessi 1997 bowl
Same shape but not same color !
The 2 alessi are somewhat yellow yet are brand new, I bought them in the original packaging

Only the smallest and the largest size have been re-produced in 1997 by Alessi (in white or blue)

I bough this set of 3 vintage bowl to seller whom i have purchased 2 Alessi Tongareva bowl (reissues) in 2011 !

This is a sectional view of a 70's Elipson 402 ball speaker that i drew
It is based on an older model draw (AS40) found in a 70s speakers French review
The proportions are not verry accurate, but we can see the complexity of the achievement of these balls
These are not simple round (and nice design) balls in which were placed speakers !
This is the result of extensive acoustic research conducted by Elipson
