Baseball withdrawal + can't dl new pics = trolling through history.

My ritual that lovely championship year was: if the Cubs were down at the 7th inning stretch, I'd go rally caps for their halves of the innings until they took the lead (or lost). It worked so damn well this time (Karros hit a 3-run homer that ended up winning the game) I insisted on a camera phone photo of the successful caps.

AND NOTE: Twitchy even managed to go 2 for 4. Now that's an event!

This game was one of the best I've attended. So much happened, baseball and extracurricular and in the stands and in the neighborhood... I can go on and on about this series, I was at all three games, but it was before I kept score so all I have to show for it is a pennant. (probably stubs too, somewhere.)
