Dots Obsession, Kennedy Center, JAPAN! Culture + Hyperculture show, DC

My weekend was full of Asian-derived art and entertainment. Some, such as these rooms filled with balloons and floor bumps and covered in dots, made a lot more sense than others.

It's interesting to see everyone's photos from the Dots rooms and the different shades of yellow. Yours has the brightest color so far I think. I've never taken acid (and never will), but can you imagine being in this room while you're tripping? I imagine it would be magical, and then you'd throw up.

Color is my biggest problem with processing these Japan exhibit pictures. Who knows which is truest, but I went for pow because that's how it felt :) There is a whole other room that I am about to give up on and convert to b&w...

The problem room isn't a dot room, it's in the koi installation--there is room light illuminating primary and secondary colors and light from a projector (and it's of something green, so it's REALLY blue-green awful). Alas, I am not the sort of Photoshop master who can handle such situations...
