New Slide Film: American Viscose

UPDATE: Oh no! This part of the complex was recently torn down (August 2011).

I'm shooting film and here are some shots from my Nikon N80 with a Sigma 24mm F2.8 lens. Shot on Fuji Velvia 100 slide film.

It'll be awhile before my film technique catches up with my digital technique since I haven't been shooting film for almost a decade.

This is something I've shot before digitally but it looks completely different on slide film. For this, I didn't burn or dodge it -- this is as taken and scanned with minor exposure adjustment and sharpening.

Please visit the Entropic Remnants website or my Entropic Remnants blog -- THANKS!

Really interested? Want to own a piece of this history? I have an expensive but beautiful photo book you can see, and order here. If you buy it, don't use "photo correction" if asked. Tell them to leave the book alone!
