Salisbury VT: Blue Ledge Farm

Lauren and I visited Blue Ledge Farm on a beautiful, clear August day, and the meadows were green and vibrant after recent rains. The young goats in the barn seemed very enthusiastic about having visitors.

Hannah Sessions showed us around and explained how she and her husband, Greg Bernhardt, began making cheese.

We toured the barns and the cheese cave, a nearly antiseptic environment for making and aging a variety of delicious goat cheeses!
