São Paulo's Military Police Force yesterday, who decide to explode gas bombs in a crowd of almost 10.000 people at the World March of Women and anti Bush protest, causing panic and hurting people, because a few "punks" and protesters, not more than 15 young, tryied to close the avenue lying down in front of some cars and provoking disturbs.

"We who in engage in nonviolent direct action are not the creators of tension. We merely bring to the surface the hidden tension that is already alive."

I was at the international airport yesterday and only saw the amazing collection of reporters, cameras, federal and military police forces everywhere, waiting for this guy to arrive. He seems to attract the masses everywhere he goes, wasting not only his own public money but our country's too, as if we don't have enough of other priorities for these funds.

I wonder what happened to the old days when they knocked off very decent Presidents in the US. Today they simply let this kind of jerk take the limelight all the time.

I wish he was coming to visit us instead of Meninos de Morumbi, I'm sure we would have been able to put on a great demonstration of our utter loathing of everything this man represents.

Hopefully a stray bullet from our unprepared police force may find a different target this time, instead of the thousands of innocent people so far who have had to pay for the tragic incapacity of our police forces.

What an inspiring image you bring us, Tati!

Thats a very harsh thing to say, I understand that people are suffering in many countries, and that Mr. Bush is not popular with MANY people. But to say that you want a bullet to stray... Shame.

The police should protect citizens not beat them.
Shame, shame, shame and embarassing.
Still the echoe of 20 years of dictatorial regime when the police could do everything and we, the simple people, could do nothing.

Stray bullet, stray haddock, even a stray cognative thought in the mans deep-south-huntin-luvin-war-mongering-shit-ea ting-grin-face-pulling brain would be nice.

Nice shot though. Although, it could be of any "protest". Thats why I like it, it doesn't especially represent the day of which it was taken, more the reason it was taken, and that could be timeless.
