Daal Baati -Baati Preparation

Daal Baati is a very traditional dish from Rajasthan, India.
And this is the traditional way this great dish is prepared in the rural rajasthan. Here in the picture you can see the baatis being prepared. After this they go into an earthen oven where they are baked before being served hot with daal.
