The ybike 1.0, soup to nuts

We're posting a master collection of photos from the ybike 1.0 project www.purplepedals.com. You can see early tests, the finished product and everything in between. I've tried to label and comment where applicable. I've also included some photos of dead-end ideas we explored on our way towards getting to a solution (sometimes this is the most fun and interesting research on a project).
