Great shot, I too would be inclined to replace the trees and fence with some thing neutral, I think a PS cutout from the legs down to the track would be easy for you to do.

I think that it is a wonder shoot also,
the lightings great and the pose! wonderful.
I also feel that there is one small distraction

great series. I assume you're shooting down past Santa Monica Pier. With all of that equipment, did you get hassled at all? Or did you go through the trouble of getting a permit? I've thought about shooting down there but I'm nervous about the police, the homeless, etc.
