deep black sleep

A deep, restful, natural black sleep with no dreams - is definitely at the top of my "what I want" list for the upcoming holiday season, "things that money can't buy" category.

Sleep with no dreams...u could try sleeping in increments of about 1 hour- it takes a little over an hour for us to start "dreaming" in REM sleep...or u could just make sure u always wake up OUT of REM sleep each morning- that way u will atleast never REMEMBER your dreams....aaaahahahha, science is fun...
