Confusing Sign On Connecticut Avenue

      Actually it's 6:30am to 9:30am -- the morning rush hour.... Someone in the DC Government was asleep at the wheel..or sign making machine as it is...

      Hmmm.... I think that it's probably just the shortest way to write the following:

      Right 3 lanes only: 6:30am - 3:30pm and 7:00pm to 9:30 pm
      Right 1 lane only: 3:30pm - 7:00pm
      Right 2 lanes only: 12:00am - 6:30am and 9:30pm to 12:00am
