My Great Grandfather and his second wife
This photo was probably taken sometime in the late 1910s.
My great grandfather came from a town near Liverpool in the late 1800s. He settled in Singapore and married a local girl (or rather, a girl from Malacca). He had a son, my grandfather, and adopted a daughter. He married again after his first wife died.
This is the first time I ever saw a photo of my great grandfather.
