Ilyushin IL-62 of INTERFLUG - the new landmark of Leipzig
This is IL-62 DDR-SEF of INTERFLUG being preserved in Leipzig (Saxony). On 9th of May 2013, it will be opened as a unique cafe. All what is known so far is that the wings will be used as a terrace.
The location is Arno-Nitzsche-Str. 43, D-04277 Leipzig (Saxony), Germany.

Pan Am and Malév: Gone, but never forgotten.
Brazilian ATC seems to have a very special way of remembering defunct airlines. They named two waypoints after Malév Hungarian Airlines and Pan American World Airways.
Thanks a lot. I miss them both.
MALEV is located 73 NM northwest of Curitiba airport, near Piraí do Sul.
