Memories made in the coldest winter...

Taken near Shinjuku Station's Southern Exit.

They have special illuminations all around the Southern Terrace for Christmas at this time of the year.

The place was FILLED with people, but thanks to the long exposure, I was able to make them all "invisible" and put a nice soft feel using the people's after image ghosting.

I think I'm finally getting back into photography :)

First of all, I would like to apologize for being MIA for a long time here on Flickr.

As you might have guessed, I have abandoned my 365 Days project.

I know I chose to myself that I would do this and would follow through, but I just can't. To me, photography is a hobby. As much as I love photography, I can't make it a routine. For me (and I'm sure for many others) sometimes I'm creative, and sometimes I'm not. When I was working on this project, I could not help but to feel pressured to get a photo on Flickr. That's why I failed my 52 weeks I did a while back.

I've been very busy since I am almost going to Japan for college so I couldn't spend some time on Flickr. But I also think that I got annoyed by the routine that I didn't try my best to post anything.
To tell you the truth, I have had a few photos ready to be uploaded on my desktop. I just never got to it. I want to get back into the photography game and have the fun I originally did!

So! Here comes my slow recovery to Flickr. I have so much to update everyone on here. I got a new camera and a new lens :)

Anyways, about this photo. This is a photograph I took a few weeks back near my house when I went shooting with Kyusung. We waited for the Golden Hour to hit its peak and we started shooting away. This was my favorite composition so I took like tens of the same trying to get a decent one. Captured a nice and dreamy/nostalgic mood. One of my personal favorites :)
