Lego build of Rubensstrasse 11-19, Düsseldorf, Germany. The townhouses were built in 2018 but the houses are inspired by the 1920s. The architect is Sebastian Treese Architekten and developer is Ralf Schmitz. About 15,600 bricks. Computer rendering but only existing bricks/colors were used.
Location: Akrata, Mount Chelmos
Tsivlos is a small mountain village in the municipality of Akrata, Achaea, Greece. It is part of the community Platanos. In 2001, it had a population of 40. It is built on the slopes of Mount Chelmos (Aroania), above the river Krathis, at about 750 m elevation. Lake Tsivlos, north of the village, was formed by a landslide in 1912. Tsivlos is located 12 km southwest of Akrata, 12 km northeast of Kalavryta and 11 km south of Platanos. On Sunday March 24, 1912, a large volume of rocks and soil fell from the nearby mountain of Gerakari which devastated the village of Sylivaina and fell into the Krathis river. The river water flooded a large part of Tsivlos, creating a lake with a depth of 80 m and an area of around 200 hectares.

1 Spadina Crescent located on Spadina Avenue in Toronto, Ontario Canada north of College Street is one of the few roundabouts in Toronto that interrupts a major street; similar land plots include King's College Circle and Queen's Park. The site contains the One Spadina heritage building (designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act on March 17, 1976, which is currently under construction and is expected to open to the public in 2016. The original Gothic Revival structure was built in 1875 to house Knox College; it became associated with the University of Toronto twelve years later.
One Spadina has contained a variety of programs since its construction: a theological seminary, a military hospital, a penicillin factory, an eye bank, and multiple University of Toronto departments. However, its upcoming incarnation will soon harbor the John H. Daniels Faculty of Landscape, Architecture, & Design. Under the leadership of Nader Tehrani, principal of NADAAA, and collaborator Katie Faulkner, the revitalization of One Spadina will renew the existing south-facing 19th-century Gothic Revival building, and will develop the site’s northern section with a dramatic work of contemporary architecture. -Wikipedia
A small adventure led us to a beach access that we had not been to before. Lucky for us we were just in time for the sunset.
I've visited Savannah Ga, where one of the things one expects to see are trees covered in moss. But here in Springfield? Something I wasn't expecting - but shouldn't have been too surprised by, since Savannah is approx. 45 minutes south of here.
Still, the mossy trees were captivating, mesmerizing - and they called out to me, "Take my picture!" And I did.
So, standing in the parking lot near the event we'd gone to see, I again embarrassed my friend taking pictures. But I think I saw her out of the corner of my eye sneaking one or two shots with her phone.
A man even walked by and asked what I was taking a picture of? I told him it was that tree (on the left) with the strange looking fruit starting to ripen. We "think" it may be a persimmon tree, but we may never know. It definitely wasn't a peach tree.

This tiny emerald on an alder leaf in the Mjällådalen nature reserve is a leaf beetle known as Plagiosterna aenea. It is very common and can be found in large numbers on many alder treese where both they and their larvae munch awway at the leaves.
I needed to feel my backpack, to walk out of the street, to feel the wind sound & the treeses foliage rustle... I drove, I walked and I reached this heaven.
During our recent visit to The Netherlands we visited a private house with park, canals and the most beautiful walks. On arrival it was cloudy but as the day progressed the sun shone. Autumnal leaves clinging desperately onto the trees gave a little colour. No breeze gave me the still water and reflections.

Dita Von Teese (1972) is an American burlesque dancer, model, costume designer, entrepreneur and occasional actress. Von Teese got her stage name by adopting the name Dita as a tribute to silent film actress Dita Parlo. For her breakthrough December 2002 Playboy cover, she was required to have a surname, so she chose Von Treese from the phonebook. In the magazine, this was misspelled as Von Teese, which she decided to stick with. She is thought to have helped repopularize burlesque performance and was formerly married to Marilyn Manson. Von Teese participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia, as part of the stage performance for the German entry Miss Kiss Kiss Bang.
