This view shows the adjacent space, 2718 Woodburn, which currently houses a community church that is relocating. 2718 Woodburn will be renovated within the next 6 months or so and is twice the size of 2716 Woodburn. Plans are to open the currently boarded windows along Clayton Avenue to the left in this view.
View from just up and across Woodburn Avenue showing 2718 in the foreground and 2716 in the background.
View from the back of the space looking to the front. In the picture are (L-R) Gerard Sychay and the owners, Barbara Schulman and Herbert Hooker.

Front showing adjacent alley way and side of apartment building next door.
View from the front looking back into the space. The restroom is behind the refrigerator. There is a door between the refrigerator and the bathroom door that opens into the alley way along the site of the property.
View of the industrial quality kitchen area. The owners would like to see a deli/sandwich shop in the space at some point and so would we. Our hope is to quickly grow out of this space into the adjacent space. Thus it would be nice to have a sandwich shop or cafe next door!
