I doubt Christ Church has actually decided to sell Aston's Eyot, despite the estate agents' board.

Playing with the Minolta 500mm Reflex lens after blackberrying on Aston's Eyot. I discovered that if I balanced the camera on my knee, and pulled the strap taught against the back of my neck, I could manage reasonably well without a tripod.
