UNWIND - FINAL

UNWIND - FINAL by David Choate.
Here is the next draft. The top image is the exterior, the bottom image is the interior and it folds right down the middle.

Have a little bit of time till it goes to press. Comments and suggestions always welcome.

Love this, love the font, I have it in my arsenal for future use. I like the de-saturated red you went with in contrast to the red in your previous revision. Great work man!

I might be a bit of track, but the desaturated red looks like a skin-tone pink to me. Imagine what the top part on the back looks like for me (a crack is not far off). Might just be me, but that's what came into my mind...
I do like the piece as a whole especially the logo.

It might just be the power of Joost°'s suggestion, but now I'm seeing all sorts of body parts in the background texture!!! I think it's the symmetry, as it's mirrored halves meeting at the fold.

To be honest, I was not a big fan of the original artwork you posted, but now seeing it all come together, especially with the color changes -- it rocks! Great job. Really great.

In the paragraph at the top of the inside left page, you might want to:
-uncapitalize the "Our" that follows the "wound up:"
-add a comma after "time we need to unwind"

Just to through it out I messed with the colors a bit. Wondering if this helps with the body part feel?

Once you see it, you don't loose it. Maybe just kaleidoscope the background or something to make it disappear. Or just ignore one persons (weird) connotations and just do it.
It also may have to do with the fact that in Dutch the word 'wind' means also fart... (sorry for the foul language).

As for the colors. I would stick with the pink, a more soothing and soft feel to it, the blue doesn't help you 'unwind' in this picture.

Still a great job well done.
