I was truly blessed with the best weather possible in Hong Kong during my stay! Clear blue skies, with visibility almost as far as the eye could see! Certainly a stark contrast with the Hong Kong I saw (or couldn't see...) during my visit this past Summer. Not having any humidity was a definite bonus, too! On our last day in Hong Kong we visited The Peak in the early morning before catching a ferry to spend the afternoon and evening in Macau to see a Cirque du Soleil show.

Hong Kong was always one of the places I've wanted to visit, as a fan of big cities, and big buildings. This view from the 113th floor of the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, was in some ways the completion of a life dream! Because it was Christmas time, many of the buildings had Christmas themed lighting!
