Strobists: I used modeling lights from my Einsteins for this. On her face, off camera above to camera left, is a Paul C Buff Beauty Dish. I also have a reflector with grid skidding across the sequin behind her to create something to give the bokeh.

Strobist: Lumapro LP160 manual speedlight in Cheetah Qbox 24 with grid to camera left triggered via sync cord. Einstein with large octabox above to right for just a little fill, triggered via Cyber Commander.
