Maryland "Crab Cake"

Text customized for the couple!

Maryland "Crab Cake," my way! This cake was made for a wedding shower for a couple getting married on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Naturally, I had to make a mini edible tin of Old Bay, tiny crab mallets, and sugar dough crab bride and groom to help the couple celebrate their upcoming nuptials! The sweet crustaceans (even the old bay is my own secret recipe) sit on small sheets of edible newspaper announcing their upcoming wedding. Lemon pound cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam filling.
