Carl Curman (1833–1913) was a physician and a scientist - as well as a
prominent amateur photographer. Naturally a lot of photos were taken in
Stockholm and on the west coast in Lysekil with surroundings, where Carl
Curman spent most of his days. Photos from other Swedish towns and
landscapes are also frequent as well as portraits of the fisherman
population in Bohuslän, family, friends, other characters and photos of
varying social events.
