Is that what this is? Is the model over 18, 16 even? If she is then it isn't. Even if the model were under 16, would it still be paedophelia (helps if you spell it right as the word is Greek)? I'd say it would if the photos were sexual in nature, but they're not. Surely you can see that, unless you're just here to wind Swanky et all up.

My comment was not actually about the age, more the perception. Looking at this reminds me of Anime-like characters. Let's just consider, she's 17 - fine, but the perception given is that she's much younger and looking into other pictures in the series there are many sensual photos, the short skirts/stockings, etc. seem at conflict. Maybe that's just something I just don't get about this aspect of Japanese culture - it seems to promote very young girls as sexual objects.....

Norbert.Snodgrass. my apologies. Maybe I misunderstood you as you seemed to jump the gun on what you thought the photo might be alluding to. There is a cultural angle here for sure. I've never been to Japan, but have been to both South Korea & Taiwan where both societies are heavily influenced by modern Japanese cultural forces. many Japanese girls dress in a very Lolita like way and this seems to be accepted, at the same time many men indulge in bizarre and frankly odd sexual practices, though by and large social conventions mean that despite so much 'temptation' there is little reported sexually violent crime. The promotion is accepted as long as there isn't a follow on. Again i apologise for taking your comment the wrong way.
