      I don't get what is wrong with this intersection. Two of the six corner lots are abandoned, and one of the corner lots is a parking lot. This intersection sees thousands of bicyclists, pedestrians, and transit users daily. It could be so much more.

      plus there was that suspicious fire a few years ago that turned into a condo building soon after (directly to the west of this intersection). I keep expecting something to burn down here
