Oh, I know where that is, I walked past it a week or two ago, on my way back from Greektown. It is in the west loop, somewhere in the Adams/Jefferson area. My girlfriend saw that panel and excitedly thought that it was pointing to the Microsoft Vista ad that was on the other side of the building previously....

I looked at the other side of the building. It says "Listen to Drex in the morning on 103.5 Kiss FM" or words like that. The font is the same, and the colors are reversed...black background, white text. So, it's a radio station ad.

Yeah, that's pretty horrible attribution. No name (either my flickr name or my real name), no link to the original photo, nothing. It is as if you took the photo yourself.

In fact, you have broken the creative commons guidelines, and I could complain about your site to your site host, and they could force your site to shut down.

Is it so hard to use proper attribution? Or are you intentionally being a jerk?
