Golden Confidence
I'm curious as to the story behind this mural being on the wall of this building as well as its artist.
One of my favorite "lost" 35 mm prints was of this mural, and a police office raising his hand to stop traffic below (negative probably gathering dust in a box in Austex). The digital revolution didn't come quickly enough for my archives. Commentsmetroblossom

I look at these guys every morning and I wonder why they appear there. I'm pretty sure they are Daedeluas and Icarus. Daedelus made the wings from feathers and wax but his son, Icarus got cocky and flew too close to the sun, melting the wax and causing him to fall from the sky.
Maybe it's a metaphor for a high-risk loan?
