Cataratas del Iguazú (Iguazu Falls)
2012 started fresh with a trip to Brazil and Argentina. Half way through our journey we got to Iguazu Falls - one of the natural wonders of the world.
This is shot from, and towards, the Argentinian side. Brazil is to the left (just across the river) but outside of the picture frame.

The first frost of the season came this Saturday, with clear blue skies and magic light during twilight.
This barn was lit up by the last rays of light from the west, where the sun had set just half an hour earlier.

Midnight sun view
Shot this picture on my way down from the Per Kalsa-summit (1036 m.a.s.l) in Bodø, Norway, on the last day of midnight sun this year. The combination of clouds, midnight sun and a spectacular view was mindblowing. I've been up there quite a few times before, but is has never been as stunning as this night.
