Mr. Wiggle

Mr. Wiggle by suzysputnik.
Introduced in 1965 after General Foods learned that Pillsbury was about to market a similar product named Jiggly. Ads in the Sunday comics told kids that Mr. Wiggle "tastes like candy - but no sugar! So you can eat all you want, anytime you want!" Promo puppets Mr. Wiggle and Sweet-Tooth Sam, a villain who's always trying to get Mr. Wiggle's dessert were available. Pillsbury never did market Jiggly.

Mr. Wiggle looks to be a relative of Mr. Bubble! They look a lot alike! :)
