New A123 LiFePo4 battery for my Ducati 695
Cheapy ebay A123 cells, in a cool holder. I replaced some of the wiring as well. Easy way to save a few kilograms, by removing all that lead.

So fully built up, with temporary saddle, seatpost, and pedals, the completed weight is a mere 7.8kg. SRAM rival is some truly light gear.

Tubing is Columbus Zona. The small dimensions of the frame necessitated use of a 31.7mm top tube (600 long) as the down tube.
