Veggie burger, veggie bun

    This was dinner last night: Morningstar Farms Tomato&Basil Pizza Burgers garnished with onion, ketchup and low-fat cheddar. The "bun" is two portobello mushroom crowns, lightly steamed.

    TOO MUCH MUSHROOM, even for me. Plus, I got quite ill about 30 minutes after eating. Next time, I'll wrap it in a lettuce leaf.

    But dang, it LOOKED good.
