We are stardust, we are golden ...

Using a photo of Sheryl taken in 1970, I created this image to serve as the intro page for a scrapbook I gave Sheryl for her birthday in 2005. Working with my photos and memories, my daughter Juli built the scrapbook, and it was a gorgeous thing to behold. At our reunion later that year, all of us spent hours reminiscing over it.

In the original photo, Sheryl was holding a cluster of grapes from my mom's arbor. They were the most unripe-green grapes you've ever seen, but in black and white, that didn't matter at all!

The lyrics on this image are, of course, from the classic rock anthem "Woodstock," written by Joni Mitchell.
